While looking for land to build a retirement home in NC, Diana’s name popped up through a few web postings during my search. As a result, with her helpful knowledge and communication aspects we were able to locate the perfect parcel and close on a sale with no hang ups. But that’s not all, Diana’s no-nonsense approach helped us along the entire way from start to finish. All the needed documents, regulations, forms and fees were all spelled out ahead of time with no surprises or errors.

As years have gone by, I was selling a commercial parcel in another state and as a result I decided to pursue the sale with a subsequent section 1031 exchange purchase. Well, now what do I do, I reached out to Diana once again and she was more than happy to help us out. Diana’s help went beyond the normal realtor-buyer relationship. Her avenue of approach was very consistent and spot on. Although the sale from the out of state property was delayed with other issues and took over 1 year, Diana hung in the whole time and kept me going for finding the right place to purchase in NC. Many questions came up, and answers with explanations were delivered from Diana quickly and accurately. In closing, Diana’s business-like input and guidance along with her friendly attitude has made our transaction(s) simple, neat and clean.

Last summer (2023), my husband and I made the decision to sell our home and move to a smaller abode out in the country. The process lasted through October.
