Diana Asher represented us in the transaction, and I wanted to share with you a few thoughts about her. I initially expressed interest in a property and the very day that I made contact with the listing agent, another offer came in and - Boom! in a New York minute - it was off the market.  A few days later I received an e-mail from Diana, offering to assist me in finding an alternative property.  I gave her my wish list and asked that she contact me if the property fell out of contract.  But I knew that was highly unlikely. About 3 weeks later, on a Saturday morning, Diana e-mailed me indicating the property was back on the market.  Within hours I was driving to meet Diana and view the property. And the rest is history! Diana initially said she would be “with me all the way” through the contracting and closing processes of the real estate transaction.  She was all that, and more. Throughout the 6 weeks from offer acceptance to closing she was helpful in providing me with guidance on a range of issues; she was immediately responsive to my e-mails and text messages; when an issue arose that needed more than a text message, she called me directly and explained things with care and attention to detail.
