compensation recognizing the scores of steps, knowledge, negotiation
and finesse required to navigate a successful purchase. Some sellers may be
unwilling or reluctant to pay a buyer’s agent commission. In those cases, we
look to our buyers to pay our commission (or the balance if the seller pays
less than our Buyer's Agency Agreement). Real estate brokerage at
Weaverville Realty is a commission-based business and our services are not
compensated until we close.
