As a long time home builder I’ve had quite a bit of experience with many different realtors.
JoAnn is among the best.
She listens to what you say and what you don’t say and then patiently shows you properties that might work.
She guided us through two entire contract offers before successfully settling on a third. That required a lot of her time but she still made it all seem like fun
She has a very thorough knowledge of the Asheville area market and she was a pleasure to work with.
